We have intentionally opted for a setup that gives operational flexibility, so that CFF can respond optimally and quickly to the needs of our community. The needs are indeed many and the available resources are always stretched, so it helps when CFF has the freedom to decide how best to make the greatest impact, in the areas deemed of greater concern. We incorporated CFF as a company limited by guarantee and registered it as a charitable organization (charity registration number 01522). We are not funded by any public agency but continue to work with companies, foundations and individuals who believe in and support our cause. Additionally, the fees we charge for our workshops, camps and other services help CFF to recover its operating costs. CFF’s organizational structure is as follows:
